Apple Retail Staff Seeks Union Representation

On April 8, Apple retail staff at the New Jersey store filed for union representation with the Communications Workers of America, reported John Nagy, the operations lead at the Short Hills store and a member of the organizing committee.

Nagy expressed admiration for colleagues in Oklahoma City and Towson, Md. who successfully formed unions, emphasizing the potential strength in unity across various Apple store locations.
