Israel stocks closed higher on Sunday, with gains in the , and sectors leading the way for a positive session.

Stock Performance

The gained 0.68% at the close in Tel Aviv, reaching a new 1-month high. Newmed Energy LP (TASE:) rose 4.89%, Camtek Ltd (TASE:) added 4.73%, and Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:) was up 3.65% in late trade.

On the other hand, Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:) fell 2.40%, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:) declined 1.43%, and NICE Ltd (TASE:) was down 1.08%.

Market Stats

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 297 to 165, with 73 ending unchanged. Camtek Ltd (TASE:) rose to all-time highs.

Commodities and Currency

Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.84%, reaching $78.24 a barrel. Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.81% to hit $83.53 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.53% to trade at $2,025.50 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was down 0.20% to 3.61, while EUR/ILS fell 0.14% to 3.89. The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.00% at 104.20.

Overall, it was a positive day for Israel stocks, with multiple sectors contributing to the gains.
